We collect personal information directly from you when you complete our contact or demo-request form, email us, or otherwise communicate with us. Where practical, we collect information directly from you rather than from third parties.

We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries about PM-OS, CrewOS, smsOS and PeopleOS
- Arrange and deliver product demos

This website uses overseas service providers, so some information is disclosed outside Australia. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (United States). Site traffic passes through Cloudflare (United States). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (United States), which receives visitors' IP addresses as part of that request.
5. Marketing
We will only use your information for direct marketing where you would reasonably expect it or have consented. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the contact form on this site.
6. Data quality & security
We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we hold is accurate, up to date, and protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is held securely and retained only as long as necessary.
